My ancestor is John Canady Cameron. I would like to join the DAR, but I cannot connect him with his son Absalom who lived and died in Grainger County, TN. I know Absalom was born in VA in 1791 and died in Grainger County, TN in1856. It is all over tne internet that Absalom was John Canady’s son and I have Absalom’s obit. that proves he is the sister of Florence who is a daughter of John Canady. If you can help me let me know. Thanks, frances@rayhjenkins.com
